A couple of weeks ago I made a new insert for myself and I have now made it in a couple of sizes and decided to share.
I use this insert to plan on intensity; which is a great way to plan for people with chronic illnesses, mental illness etc. You fill in what you did at certain times and then colour code the activities on their intensity. Example: taking a shower takes a lot of energy for me so that is a high-intensity activity for me. Watching a movie on the couch is a relaxing activity.
I use four colours:
- red: high intensity
- yellow: medium intensity
- lilac: low intensity
- blue: relaxing
I have made this insert in a lot of sizes, for you to download. You do not have to use this insert this way, it could also be used for general planning/tracking or any other way you would like. If you are missing a particular size, leave a comment and I’ll get back to you.
